The Brief & Approach

Laura Comfort is a founder-led wellness brand spanning multiple verticals — including podcasting, education, supplements, writing, and music. The brief was to bring these elements together under a single, coherent digital platform that could support both present activity and long-term growth. My role focused on website strategy and development, alongside ongoing strategic business advice — shaping how the brand is structured, presented, and monetised online, while ensuring flexibility as new offerings are introduced.

Website Strategy & Experience Design

The website was designed and built as the central hub of the brand — acting simultaneously as an authority platform, content library, and sales engine. Structure, tone, and flow were carefully developed to support education, trust-building, and conversion without feeling transactional.

Platform Architecture & Sales Flow

The platform integrates content, services, and booking pathways into a single, cohesive experience, allowing the brand to scale without constant rebuilding. The platform was supported by a detailed brand book and a members-only community strategy, ensuring consistency, scalability, and commercial longevity
