The Brief & Approach

Lisa Pelloso Nutrition was developed as a startup brand — built from scratch with clarity, credibility, and long-term scalability in mind. My role spans far beyond design, covering brand definition, content strategy, digital infrastructure, and commercial foundations. I work as creative director, producer, and strategic partner to the founder — shaping how the brand is expressed visually, editorially, and commercially, while advising on structure, offers, and growth pathways as the business evolves.

Website Strategy & Experience Design

The website was designed and built as the central hub of the brand — acting simultaneously as an authority platform, content library, and sales engine. Structure, tone, and flow were carefully developed to support education, trust-building, and conversion without feeling transactional.

The platform integrates content, services, and booking pathways into a single, cohesive experience, allowing the brand to scale without constant rebuilding.

Key Contributions

  • I defined the brand’s foundations from the ground up — establishing tone of voice, editorial positioning, and visual direction. This work shaped how the founder’s expertise is communicated with clarity, authority, and warmth across all touchpoints.

  • I set the creative direction for the brand, defining its visual language across imagery, layout, and content presentation. This ensures consistency as the brand grows, without becoming rigid or over-designed.

  • I designed and built the website as the central hub of the business — combining authority-led content, services, and conversion pathways into a single, cohesive platform. Structure, flow, and hierarchy were developed to support trust-building and clarity rather than hard selling.

  • I designed the end-to-end digital journey, shaping how users move from content to enquiry, booking, or purchase. This included structuring offers, refining calls to action, and removing friction points within the sales flow

  • Beyond digital delivery, I act as a strategic partner to the founder — advising on positioning, productisation, pricing considerations, and long-term growth decisions as the business evolves

  • I review content performance to understand what resonates, refining themes, formats, and sequencing to support sustainable growth without compromising brand integrity

Social Media & Digital Storytelling

Social media and content creation sit at the core of my work with Lisa Pelloso Nutrition. I shape how the founder’s expertise is communicated through considered, educational content — building visibility, trust, and authority over time.

I lead the editorial direction, create and produce video and visual content, and guide how that content is distributed and sequenced across platforms. The website functions as a supporting layer — a place where content, credibility, and conversion come together — but it is the ongoing storytelling that drives momentum and growth.

Social Media & Content Scope

  • I create and manage the editorial calendar, defining content themes, cadence, and narrative focus to ensure consistency across channels while supporting visibility and growth

  • I proactively film, direct, and create all video content for the brand, working hands-on to capture educational, interview-style, and editorial material. This allows for speed, authenticity, and creative control

  • I personally edit all video content, shaping pacing, structure, and clarity to ensure each piece aligns with the brand’s tone and communicates complex ideas in an accessible way.
